Refund policy

WARNING: We, at Medieval Fur, conform to all Quebec provincial regulations and Canadian federal laws. These laws do not require that, for example, we keep a specific paper trail for each of our products. Sometimes we do have "papers" for bigger items sur as wolf, bear or polar bear pelts and skulls or taxidermy pieces. However, some provinces require the buyer to have certain papers with the item in order to legally own them. Knowing these restrictions and laws in the client's province of residence is the client's responsibility. We do not guaratee that we will refund and order because it is later found by the client that they cannot legally own the items in their province. If you need an item with its papertrail or specific information, it is better to reach out to us and ask if we have one with the information you need. 

Having trouble with an item you received? No Problem!

Medieval Fur is Here to Help! If the item you received is not what you ordered or if it was damaged during transportation, proof will be required. We will simply ask you to take clear photos' or send us a video as proof.

A number of options will be offered to you if that is the case:

  • We will send you detailed RETURN instructions via e-mail or text explaining how to proceed. Shipping is free of charge any material that may be necessary in order to complete the return process.
  • You want to replace that item by another? No problem we can either upgrade or downgrade. There may be a supplement or a refund to your order depending on the item you want and the difference in shipping fees, but we want you to be happy so don't worry about swapping it! 
  • Full Refund? If you are not satisfied with a product and want to return it NOTE that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • There are no fees for replacing the damaged item except in remote locations where applicable fees may apply. 

How Long Before I get a Refund? 

Medieval Fur will refund you between 4-6 days upon receiving the returned item. It takes us a few days due to bank processing times but we manage to get that done usually quickly.  Don't worry we've got your back!

It broke! What can do I do now? 

Because Medieval Fur sells Real Animal Bones and Furs it is best to contact us before getting upset. Sometimes there are easy solutions. However because they are real that also means that they do become dry, brittle and require care. They are not made to withstand battles and viking raids but they do look awesome on costumes. So please be careful how you use them. 

Where do I Return my Items?

Send Medieval Fur an Email or contact us through our online chat with your return request and we will send you detailed return instructions. We are usually quick to respond, especially when you need to get back into battle quickly. 

Refund order without tracking 

Medieval Fur reserves the privilege of reimbursing or not a commander without providing a tracking number.
We will prioritize a compensation in the next orderÂ
