Collection: Skulls

Skulls! One of our best sellers of all times! Here is a little bit of information to help you choose the product best suited to your needs:

CRAFT: When you come across a product labeled "craft" or "craft grade", we usually mean just the top part of the skull with little to no teeth.

DAMAGED: The most frequent types of damage you can find on our skulls are missing nasal bones, broken cheek bones (the part under the eye socket) or a missing part at the back of the skull. These happen naturally. Any shot damage will be explicitely mentioned.

CLEANED BY NATURE: These are skulls that were left to the elements and cleaned by natural processes (insects, sunlight, etc.) They are sold as is and can be stained. That is a feature, not a flaw!

WHITENED: We use two methods of whitening: insect based (which gives a somewhat consistent color but not bright white, mainly used on small skulls to avoid damaging them as they are fragile) and a peroxide based process (mainly used on bigger skulls and gives a more uniform, brighter color)

A2: This is an expression used to denote a product with very slight damage such as broken or missing teeth or small cracks in the bone, some staining but otherwise, the item will be in very good condition

A1: This is an expression used to identify an item that is of the highest quality we offer. Please kep in mind that there is no such thing as a PERFECT natural item. Irregularities in colors for example, are always a possibility.

If a skull is missing its lower jaw or missing its teeth, we usually specify that in the product description!
