Custom product - Ceremonial musical instrument

This is a ceremonial instrument that the practionner shakes either to a certain rythm, to accompany chanting or to mimic the sound of rain. The handle is an elk or deer lower jaw and braided leather is used to make it more comfortable to hold. Five strands are tied to the jaw bone and include a mix of deer hooves, deer toe (coffin) bones and teeth from various carnivores.
