This is the Talus from a wolf's back legs, specifically from the ankle. In northern asian cultures especially, this bone is considered lucky, especially for men given the bones distinctive shape. They are believed to bring good luck and protect against evil influences. It is kept on oneself as a good luck charm. The bone itself is used in some cultures for games and fortune telling.
