Mouse Wet Specimen

The specimens are preserved with the following method:

• 10% buffered formalin is injected into the body of the animal
• Animal left in formalin for 4 weeks
• Animal is immersed in water for 24 hours
• Animal is placed in its final container filled with 70% isopropyl alcohol

The specimens we offer died of natural causes and were not killed for commercial purposes. We love animals and we condemn animal cruelty.

SHIPPING NOTE: The specimen is shipped with it container but without alcohol as it is impossible for us to ship something that has alcohol in it. You will have to add the 70% isopropyl alcohol to the container yourself. This can be found in pharmacies or in big convenience stores.
