This breathtaking specimen was first and foremost hunted for its meat by indigenous peoples of northern Canada. It was NOT hunted for its fur or to specifically make this mount.

The fur is professionally and exquisitely mounted. Its face displays stunning realism and the entire piece is incredibly lifelike! The base upon which it stands has been created to look like it is standing on a glacier by the water. It is on wheels which have a locking mechanism (so it is surprisingly easy to move and very stable once in position) and the bear can be taken off the base for maintenance.

Including the height of the base, the entire piece stands a little above 9 feet high! It is enormous, It is incredibly impressive to stand close to! For reference, the man standing by it on the last picture is 6' 1" (1,85 meters). This is truly a museum quality specimen destined for education or for private collectors who are looking for a genuinely one-of-a-kind piece to add to their collection!
