Steel Horseshoe

The Steel Horseshoe is a well-known good luck charm and symbol of protection. The superstition foretells that if the horseshoe is hung over the entrance doorway, the ends are pointing down it allowing the good luck to flow and surround the home thus catching the good luck. If the shoe is hung over a door with its ends pointing downwards, this magical amulet will allow good luck to spill out the door and stop evil from entering.
